Introducing the Ballindalloch Seven Springs Collection

The Seven Springs Collection will be a tribute to the seven Garline Springs that feed our Distillery and celebrates the family’s return to distilling on the Ballindalloch Estate. Each edition is rare and exceptionally precious as a single estate whisky, handcrafted in small batches.

Tasting notes

Edition No.1 has been aged for 7 years in first fill bourbon casks and is sweetly rounded with notes of whipped cream, toffee and poached orchard fruits.

In May this year, we were thrilled that this whisky won double gold at the prestigious San Francisco Spirit Awards.
